Well they said it would be available this week and lo and behold it is.

Rockstar have released the patch for Bully:Scholarship Edition on the 360. Users should now see smooth frame rates and the game should no longer lock up or freeze on older 360 machines once the patch is downloaded.

So come on - get on live, download it and the get back to class!

Bully is also available on Wii. That version doesn’t seem to have any of the problems the 360 version did.
